In general, it's nice as far as these kind of places go. I was there for a respite stay, but I would say It's not a long-term solution unless you have a lot of money to spend. The majority of the staff are wonderful. They've been very short-staffed, yet they don't let that affect them. They still give their all. My room was nice. I liked the bathroom a lot - it's spacious, and the shower set-up was accessible and perfect for me. The food isn't like I would cook at home, but I understand that. I don't see how they would change that. Also there's a lack of communication. You never get to speak to someone directly without going through the front desk, which I wouldn't mind if people got back to you quickly enough.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good experience but just to big for our loved one
We were very impressed with our tour with Greenwich Farms. We really like that they have a step by step process and a care plan in place as individuals diseases progress. We are actually looking into this facility again.

We toured Greenwich Farms and it was a nice facility, very comfortable and clean.
Mom and dad were here for almost 2 yrs.. Before covid things were ok meals not so great, but edible. Then covid hit we couldn’t visit for a long time and no one was able to see what was going on. Residents suffered with no interaction or company. Mom and dad suffered as well mentally and physically they ate 3 meals in their room, housekeeping couldn’t vacuum and they were very depressed. Now we are visiting rooms are dirty carpet stained washing machines are broken staff is sparse. My Mom went 2 weeks with no shower they don’t bring them to dining room for breakfast , the smoke alarm needed a battery and was chirping and I was told they couldn’t do anything it was after hours. We were told mom is a 2 person assist now so they will be moving as RI rules are different than other states. I would not recommend this facility to anyone !

There are quite a few activities, but my father is not partaking in them. IT would be a good idea to place your loved one. You walk in and it is very clean. It looks modern and updated. You get a response like a request the resident will receive it in 24 hours.
The lady was very helpful, but after talking with her, she felt they could not meet my husband's current needs. So we did not bother with the tour. Since we didn't complete the tour, it is difficult to give it a rating.
Clean and spacious facility. Good variety of services provided. Staffing is professional and plentiful.
overall a good tour. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, Property/facility is well maintained and was very clean, lunch was very good with ample selections and wait service very friendly.
This place had a nice ‘homey’ feel to it, but I didn’t like the location. I also did not like the rooms. The one bedroom was too big and I didn’t like the balcony. The one room set-up was almost too small. [name removed] was great! I loved the way they do the pricing.
Hi [Removed]. My brother, [Removed], and I loved Greenwich Farms. [Removed] was really nice and was very informative. The only drawback was that there was no skilled nursing and I am a little worried about my dad in the event he should need more care down the road as we would like my parents to stay in the same community.
I like it here. It has a lot of good points. I enjoy the food, the activities are fun, and the people are very nice. I want to add that I love [Removed] and [Removed] because I know if I ever need them they will be right there for me. I feel good saying that.
The staff is very efficient and very nice. I love all of the friends I’ve made here. You can’t please everyone, but the help tries hard. My friend is living out on her own and I think a place like this would be good for her, so I suggested she give it a try Greenwich Farms will be beneficial to my friend.
It’s great here! I love everything. My favorite trip is to Twin River! We go to delicious restaurants too.
Greenwich Farms is wonderful! The people are nice, everyone is kind to me, and the employees are out of this world! I can eat anything I want, and the food has gotten better since I first moved in. The place is always clean! You could eat off the floors in this place! I can’t complain. It’s unbelievable!
I think this is a class 1 place! [Removed] and I love it! There’s not one thing we dislike. The people are great! We love the food; and [Removed] loves how spacious this place is. We love everything about being here! Class one place for sure!
I think it’s excellent! I’m so glad I’ve been to a lot of nursing homes and assisted livings and nothing compares to this place. The staff here is terrific! When I walk down the corridor, everyone knows my name even if I don’t know theirs. I talk about this place to everyone!
My niece and nephew found me this place on the computer when they lived in Bryan, Texas. They came and saw it and said, “Auntie, you’re coming here”. I couldn’t have picked a better place! You can arrange for whatever you want to here! It’s definitely, definitely, definitely the best!
There’s nothing I don’t like about the community. I exercise every day and I get to spend time with my best friend [Removed] every day! I give this place a 10! I’m very happy here after 3.5 years.
