Some of the staff members are amazing and go above and beyond, but others not so much. The main building is very clean but the individual house keeping could be improved. The meals are good, but the activities could be catered more towards men and offer more of a variety other than cards. This community was okay not the same quality as the other community that I was looking at. They didn't have any availability either.
Some of the staff members are amazing and go above and beyond, but others not so much. The main building is very clean but the individual house keeping could be improved. The care seems to be good. They're very attentive and helpful. Somebody is always popping in to see if my loved one needs anything. The design and the style of the place is very home-like. It's not industrial at all. The common rooms are like living rooms. She was very impressed with how it feels so welcoming. She tells me the food is good. And the cost seems in line with what other places in the area are charging.
Our family had an in person tour and this was a wonderful wonderful tour, we wanted this to be the place for our loved one but the price was just way to extreme for us.
We did a tour with this community, and it was very nice. The tour was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider.
Loved it here - gave a warm welcoming feeling, saw more residents out and about socializing, enjoying the weather. The ability for them to work with us on price is a huge plus. Seriously considering this location.
The community is great and the staff is very friends and great. The food is really good and my loved one really likes it. Communication is pretty good and they reach out to keep us informed. I would like to see a quicker callback time if I have questions. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
We chose them because of the proximity to family members, we liked the fact that it was a smaller facility, and the staff were extremely accommodating in terms of allowing her to move in during the pandemic and allowing 2 of us to go set up her apartment. The opportunity for multiple outdoor space areas was great at Bedford Falls. We have had many questions and some concerns along the way and whenever we call, we always get a response so they have been good with communication. According to my mom the food is not very good, she said it is not very good quality. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking.

It is a great place. They seem to really care for my loved one. They are allowing me to get my loved to appointments. It is a bit expensive, and due to this I will be moving my loved one to a new community.
The care services that they provided were excellent, the staff members were friendly and always kept us well informed. I would recommend this community to others.
I would tell my friends to read the contract carefully as they are sneaky. The day my father passed away, they told me we had to give them a 30 day notice before they stop charging and there is $9000-$10000 community fee. The overall care is good. The room my loved one lived in was a two bedroom apartment and there was another resident in the apartment.
Response from Bedford Falls
September 16, 2020Hello, thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you were happy with the care provided at our community, but sorry to hear about the issues you may have had. We take all feedback seriously, and would like to learn more so that we can improve. Can you please reach out to us at [removed] so we can address your concerns? Thanks.
Update on an earlier review I wrote about my dad (who has been there for about 2 years) not getting the oxygen treatment he needed. The problem has not recurred to my knowledge once the instructions got through to the folks in charge. Nursing staff is always friendly and caring. Facility is clean and well kept.
They are great until you have a request that isn’t standard, e.g. my Dad needs O2 when sitting because he cuts off his own air sleeping in the chair. They would say they are doing it but I can see that it is not happening. Even after meetings with nursing staff plus management it continued. I am at a point of pulling my dad out in frustration.
Looking for an assisted living or memory care facility for your loved one(s), then look no further than Bedford Falls in Bedford, NH. My wife and I invested a significant amount of time researching and vetting facilities within 30 miles of our home for my Dad, who we needed to move from Florida to NH. We had some complexities in our situation (but then again, who doesn’t in cases like this) Of all the places we visited, Bedford Falls stood out in every category. Not only did the facility stand out in terms of cleanliness, amenities and design, but the staff really got our attention. Everyone we encountered during the three tours were welcoming and genuinely friendly. We interviewed several folks our age who had parents at Bedford Falls and all gave glowing reviews. The parent company routinely gets high marks from employees as a great place to work, and this was important to us, as the positive company experience translates directly to great resident care. The high level of care offered by Bedford Falls is what sealed the deal. They are staffed by need, not by headcount. My Dad has now been a resident at Bedford Falls for 3 months and we are extremely pleased. I am continuously blown away with the support we receive from [Name removed] and his staff. My Dad’s situation is complex and fluid, and [Name removed] has successfully adjusted on the fly to meet all our needs. Most importantly, my Dad is happy at Bedford Falls. He is a 30 year veteran of the nursing home industry who has very high standard for senior care (translated: he is VERY picky) . He loves the staff and enjoys the food (this is critical!) We are incredibly grateful to [Name removed] and the amazing staff at Bedford Falls who have helped make this difficult situation as smooth and as supportive as possible. They always go above and beyond what I would normally expect. I am very comfortable knowing that my Dad is in the best place receiving the best care possible given his circumstances. We cannot recommend Bedford Falls strongly enough!
Clean, well maintained facility with great food. But the staff is what separates Bedford Falls. Very caring and thoughtful!!!
I loved this Home and the staff and will send my mom here when she is in need of this type of care.
AMAZING community. You walk in and everyone says hello. Such a feeling of home. A very positive atmosphere.
Mom is thriving at this community. I was so impressed with the care all the residents receive. They are treated so kindly and the caregivers are so accommodating. The staff are always welcoming have a smile and seem to really like their job. They are quick to respond to our questions and ask if there is anything they can help with. They encourage mom to participate in some of the daily activities. The food is phenomenal the community is very clean and I would recommend it. This is a very special place!!!
I am very happy living here. The community is very clean at all times and I am happy with the cleanliness. The food is very good and I am happy with the meals that are provided. They offer me alot of great activities that I would to be involved with more after the holidays. This is a wonderful community to reside in and I do recommend living her for the great value and care that is received to other families needing care for a loved one.
